I have tried to reset my password but I have not received an email

If you do not receive a e-mail when trying to reset your password, please check your your junk/spam folder. If the e-mail is not there then please wait 5 minutes and try resetting your password again. If you wish to change your password for either the support site or forum follow the following steps:
