In order to check the status of your invitations, click on the Invite a Friend button in the game.  If one of the people you have invited has made a qualifing purchase, you will see a yellow button next to their name.  Click this button to claim your free crowns.

Many players have reported that this error has suddenly started appearing:

This error is caused by the newest version of Kaspersky Internet Security and it's Privacy Cleaner.  If you disable this function, you should be able to play normally again.

Many players have asked why they are unable to commit their design for their Faction Flag.  This is because one or more characters used in the faction name, motto, or abbreviation are invalid, you need to change the name, motto or abbreviation to remove them, you will then be able to create and save a Faction flag. 

The following characters are invalid:

!@#$%^&*()+=[]"';,/{}|\:<>?

Many players have reported strange graphical errors recently and we believe that this may have something to do with the most recent Nvidia Drivers.  Many people have reported similar errors with other games when using this most recent driver.

Please try to rollback your driver to this earlier version to see if this corrects your problem. 

Players take a big risk with Account Sitting and we advise it be only done in emergencies.  Please remember:  Your Account Sitter will have access to your payment history, your crowns, and your cards. 

If the account is misused both your account and your sitter's may be permanently banned.

Your Account Sitter may only repair your castles and place troops in the castles for defense.  An Account Sitter may NOT recruit or send out any traders, monks, scouts, or troops.  If you control a capital, your account sitter may not perform any of the functions of your office, including defense.
